					<description><![CDATA[Nicholas, I really hate to say it but the problem is with the public health labs.  They are not geared up for the volumes that commercial reference labs are used to.  This pandemic is causing a lot of systemic problems to be fixed.  I truly believe that most all healthcare labs that have had to deal with this onslaught will do better as a result.]]></description>
