They are not geared up for the volumes that commercial reference labs are used to. This pandemic is causing a lot of systemic problems to be fixed. I truly believe that most all healthcare labs that have had to deal with this onslaught will do better as a result.

Took 2 days to get a callback for an appointment, and it’s been 7 days since the test and still no results. Covid is exposing the extreme inefficiencies of every lab.
