Cirdan wins major new contract in Australia

Cirdan  has won a major contract with Northern Health in Melbourne, Australia estimated to be worth nearly £1m.

The contract is for the provision and installation of a Laboratory Information System (LIS), a software system that records, manages and tracks critical patient data for clinical laboratories.

Congratulating the company during a visit to Northern Hospital in Melbourne, Chief Executive of Invest NI, Alastair Hamilton said: “Cirdan is an ambitious Northern Ireland business who has benefited from a range of Invest NI support, with R & D, recruitment and trade activities, to strengthen the future of its business.

“I am delighted that Northern Health, one of the busiest health services in Victoria and a key provider of public healthcare in Melbourne’s northern region has chosen Cirdan to provide a solution which will support it to improve efficiency and streamline its laboratory operations.
