The City of Cleveland, Ohio is seeking bids for environmental laboratory testing of drinking water. “The standard turn around time shall be 20 days or less and when required, being reported to Ohio EPA (eDWR) under OEPA guidelines/Time frame. Alternative EPA methodology is acceptable as long as it is approved for drinking water analysis by Ohio EPA. IF no method is currently approved please reference and use federal EPA guideline methods.”
