“The project consists of the development of a Medical Examiner Laboratory Information Management System (ME-LIMS) for the [Tarrant] County Medical Examiner’s Office with County’s existing Appian Cloud environment. The Respondent’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Assigning an Account Manager or Engagement Manager to serve as Tarrant County’s advocate and a single point of contact and accountability partner through the lifespan of the project.
2. Assigning a team of qualified, Appian Developers to embrace the following two-phased approach to ME-LIMS development:
* a. Phase I – APPLICATION CONVERSION: Convert CRYPT and LABWORKS, existing business applications developed on the Microsoft .Net Platform, to Appian’s Low-Code development Platform. Migrate DEAD SQL data into new database supporting converted application.
* b. Phase II – APPLICATION UPDATE: Update the converted version of CRYPT based on a given set of business and functional requirements and User Stories (Featured-level) for the new MELIMS.”
