The State of North Carolina’s Appalachian State University is seeking proposals for a SCADA system. “Purchaser does not intend for the selected vendor to design a new system to these specifications. The equipment proposed in response to this specification may not be a prototype, rather shall be a standard design and have design specifications, engineering drawings, and parts lists immediately available.”
