In addition, DVR professional staff is available for consultation on all aspects of laboratory animal medicine and participate in collaborative research."
"ITB previously developed four legacy applications that support operational functions within DVR for rodent import, animal transportation, technical services, and animal pathology diagnostic laboratory testing (Web Health). These applications provide web-based tools for NIH intramural research staff to request DVR support services, DVR to approve/schedule the activity and report any results. These current technologies are approaching end of life and will need significant enhancement or replacement. DVR and ITB intends to procure commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) products that can replace the four end of life, legacy applications."
