Solicitation Description: To provide an analysis of the lab processes and to upgrade the Sugar Land Laboratory’s Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) including software and hardware upgrades. Specifically, this includes an Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) system to allow for a more automated environment and reduce the Lab’s paper-based process. The ELN must be able to replace paper bench sheets, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and allow for the design and configuration of electronic forms. The ELN must integrate with the current laboratory information management system (LIMS) platform (Labworks). The work under this Contract must be completed no later than August 31, 2019.
