I am trying to make Automatic ELN for one company. Actually it's not ELN and something like that. We are trying to track maintenance data, machines data, Employee data, Staff data and so on. Which cannot be track by LIS . So we can improve performance of the lab. I don't have too much support but i am trying to do something unique. One lab called Doctor E supporting me for that.

Here is my use case: When machine gets error system will record it. System will inform responsible person by itself also enter data into database. Also when lab technician will work on any instrument we will give him one checklist for the everyday performance. this checklist will be digital and will update itself everyday so we can track the performance of the machine as well.

Maybe i did't understand your thought and talking non-sense but please let me know so then i can try to understand it again. I am here for learning.

akash arora, there are two open source applications when combined together will certainly do what you need. You can use rocket.chat (www.rocket.chat) as the tool for alerting, notification, etc and use Processmaker (www.processmaker.com) to build out the workflow and forms and lists. You can create bots in rocket.chat to automate the process.

I have both of these apps installed in the cloud for you to experiment with.

rocket.chat is hosted at: https://open.ingroups.chat
processmaker is hosted at: https://pm.labfresco.com

You will really want to download both of these apps directly from github and build out your own server to do development and testing. Your use case is a nice fit for these tools. The nice thing about rocket.chat is you can get some strong immediate use out of that almost immediately as a corporate messaging and collaboration tool.
