Very cool - Kerckhoff's principle teaches that encryption should be designed such that even if an attacker knows the algorithm, without the key it can't be broken. Kerckhoff lived before quantum computing and the massive brute-force power it promises. I like this algorithm's idea, it certainly bears further investigation.
