I think the no 1 threat to organizations will be the use of AI and/or Machine Learning to help with attacking an organization. Most of the reconnaissance work takes months or even years to identify a vulnerability in an organizations armour. After that vulnerability has been identified, the actor has to perform a number of steps (nmap, pentest, nslookup/dig, tcpdump, wireshark, spider techniques, script tools (php, .net, powershell, sh, etc)) will determine the best course of action to address the vulnerability. If they start using AI and/or Machine learning tools, this will help them accelerate the process 10fold.

Also, using bots or botnet environments (google, microsoft and yahoo have the largest botnet environment) along with infiltrating patch sites (windows patches or linux repos) will also be a major area of concern because individuals can setup these sites, redirect users into using the repo while at the same time dropping APTs on a vulnerable system.
