Deutsch: Reflektionsdaten der konfokalen 3d Oberflächevermessung einer 1-Euro-Münze: Dargestellt ist einer der erhabenen Sterne. Die Messung wurde mit einem konfokalen Weißlichtmikroskop µsurf der Firma NanoFocus durchgeführt. Der laterale Messbereich betrug 800 µm mal 800 µm (0,8 mm mal 0,8 mm), der vertikale Bereich ist ungefähr 60 µm (0,06 mm) hoch. Gegenüber einem normalen Mikroskopbild der Oberfläche besitzt das Bild eine sehr große Tiefenschärfe.
English: Reflection data of a confocal three dimensional measurement of a 1-euro coin's surface: One of the stars embossed on one side of the coin is shown. The measurement was performed with a µsurf confocal white light microscope from NanoFocus. The lateral range of the measurement is 800 µm by 800 µm (0.8 mm by 0.8 mm), the vertical range is approximately 60 µm (0.06 mm). Compared to a normal microscopic image the depth of field is very large. |
