PV Lehtinen was born in Helsinki, Finland. He is internationally acclaimed short film director, writer and producer, whose films have been awarded at numerous film festivals over the years (over 30 festival prizes). His international breakthrough was short film The Diver (Hyppääjä, 2000), which made history at the Tampere Film Festival by winning the Grand Prix and four other prizes.^[1]
