Pharmaceutical Traceability Forum to Be Part of Pharma Logistics Week

New York, New York – The Pharmaceutical Traceability Forum is now part of Pharma Logistics Week bringing all aspects of the pharmaceutical supply chain under one roof. The forum will take place on May 22nd to May 24th, 2017 in Coronado, California.

At the Pharmaceutical Traceability Forum top minds in the pharmaceutical industry will meet to discuss the upcoming November 27th regulations, which span over every phase of the manufacturing process. These regulations stand to set standards for the pharmaceutical industry so that a product can be properly traced from the start of production to the time it lands into the consumer’s hands.

“Much work is still ahead of our supply chain partners for 2017,” said Jeff Denton of Amerisource Bergen when speaking about serialization deadlines. Even top companies are still struggling with meeting the November 27th date. Hear from serialization and supply chain experts from LEO Pharmaceuticals, Neurocrine Biosciences, and CVS Health who will be discussing the work still ahead of them how the industry will change in response to the new implementations.

The forum will further discuss how to remain complaint in the face of impeding deadlines. With sessions on how to sift through regulations to ensure that you are globally compliant when shipping overseas, to learning from past serialization efforts to help prevent any issues within your own supply chain.

These topics and more will be covered at the Pharmaceutical Traceability Forum which will be co-located with three other supply chain focused pharmaceutical events at the Hotel Del Coronado. Meet with professionals from the pharmaceutical industry when the four events, Pharmaceutical Traceability, Pharmaceutical Packaging and Labeling, Cold Chain GDP & Temperature Management Logistics and Clinical Trials Supply & Logistics all come together.
