LIMS Directory Spring 2016 Released. Directory of LIMS vendor products, features, pricing and demos.

The LIMSwiki has released a free download directory of the key LIMS vendors with product features, pricing and demonstration video links.

This directory is unique in that the LIMSwiki team has gone through hundreds of LIMS vendors and researched their features and found pricing information and demonstration videos and compiled it into one single guide. If you are researching LIMS options, this directory will save you many hours of work.

Please download it and post back your thoughts. The LIMSwiki team works hard to keep the information up to date and accurate with cited sources of the information. 

If you are a vendor and you are not in the directory, please post back here to this discussion to get added to the directory. We plan to keep it up to date each quarter. In order to be on the list you must provide public available pricing information. Provide as much information on your product features and demonstration videos as possible. There is no charge for listings or to download. Everything is provided as Open Access.

The City of Wilmington is seeking the services of a professional consultant to assess the Wilmington Police Department Crime Laboratory’s [CL] software applications and workflow processes; and install and implement an integrated and comprehensive Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).

DUE JULY 15, 2016: Request for Proposal - Online Laboratory Information Management LIMS System

Iowa Department of Agriculture & Land Stewardship IDALS seeks a computerized Laboratory Information Management LIMS System that will provide the Laboratory with management information tools to allow for efficient Laboratory operations in producing timely and accurate analytical data and assessment reports, and to make validated data available to all required parties.

Three Grant Opportunities for Laboratory Data Exchange - Application Deadlines June 20th and July 8th

Three grant funding opportunities are available: 1) Lab US Realm Pilot Project, 2) High Impact Pilots (HIP) and 3) Standards Exploration Awards (SEA)Laboratory data exchange is a priority area for three recent funding announcements made by the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC). The grants are intended to support health IT standards testing and implementation, building on federal and private efforts to ensure health information can flow where it is needed. DUE JULY 8, 2016: Request for Proposal - Public Health Lab Information System

The Wake County Human Services Laboratory System supports the various Wake County Clinics from six sites. They perform both stat and routine testing and need a Lab Information System that will support both current testing requirements and any future expanded lab services.
