Illumina, Inc. and FlowJo, LLC, today announced a partnership to develop and co-market analysis software for single cell next-generation sequencing (NGS) data. Under the agreement FlowJo, LLC, the producer of FlowJo, market-leading software for single cell analysis, will develop a new software application.

08/10/2016 - The new v5.2 version of SLims is out

Genohm has just released the latest v5.2 version of SLims, its LIMS + ELN + order management platform. Several new features and improvements were recently released with the version v5.1. Today we release the new version v5.2 which has again some major developments especially in the NGS Workflow section.

08/10/2016 - IDBS provides bespoke software to Cancer Research Technology to streamline plate correction

IDBS and Cancer Research Technology (CRT), the commercialization arm of Cancer Research UK, have collaborated to streamline plate correction in high throughput screening (HTS). The algorithm, developed by IDBS in response to CRT requirements and soon to be offered to all customers, enables ActivityBase users to correct data within acceptable margins in seconds. It improves data quality and reduces the number of results that would otherwise need to be corrected manually or reworked, resulting in significant time and cost savings.
