04/07/2010 - Software Point acquires LabIT Solutions’ LIMS business Software Point has again strengthened its position as the leading Nordic LIMS company. Software Point and the Swedish company, LabIT Solutions, have signed a contract according to which Software Point acquires the whole business from LabIT Solutions on April 1st, 2010. LabIT Solutions is a fully-owned subsidiary of VWR International AB. It is a Nordic LIMS vendor, which has provided LIMS solutions to industrial and hospital laboratories in the Nordic countries since the 1980s.
