2 x Senior Technical Application Specialists
The Senior Technical Application Specialist is a member of a Customer Services Team. The role provides high quality first and second line support to customers in the context of products supplied by Informatics. The high quality demanded by this position will be met by the analyst’s ability to respond to support incidents within target times and assist in activities designed to facilitate continuous improvements to helpdesk services.
The first position is for a Senior Analyst experienced with the SAP QM module. The position will be based in our Philadelphia / Center City office. The successful candidate will work with our development team on integration with our LIMS products as well as supporting existing LIMS customers with SAP integration through our SM-IDI module.

The second position is for a Senior Analyst supporting our Nautilus LIMS. The position can be office (Philadelphia, PA or Tewksbury, MA) or remote, preferably Eastern or Central time zones. The successful candidate will be responsible for primary technical support of our customers as well as providing the voice of the customer to drive product development and direction.
