The U.S. Army Corp of Engineers (USACE) is seeking quotations for construction material testing. “The Contractor shall collect, analyze, and submit reports for the collection of construction material samples taken per each Call issued by USACE, Portland District’s, Engineering & Construction Division. The locations of samples to be taken, and the needed QA Materials Testing, will vary and be within the Portland District areas of operation which covers all of Oregon and Southwest Washington. QA Materials Testing may be required at various designated sites such as construction work sites, fabricating shops, jetties, quarries, Government operation facilities, waterways, and treaty fishing sites among others.”
