“It is the intention of these specifications to provide to prospective bidders the requirements for the Furnishing and Delivery of Laboratory Services for the Chemical Analysis of Water and Soil as required by Middlesex County [New Jersey] Office of Public Safety and Health, Environmental Health Division. The analysis shall include volatile organics, pesticides, PCB’s heavy metals, and similar test. Samples shall be analyzed using the latest EPA-Approved Analytical methods. The samples will be secured the Environmental Health Office staff members.”
