“The Louisa County Water Authority, hereinafter referred to as the Authority invites qualified and licensed labs to submit proposals for conducting wastewater sample analyses and other related work in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Request for Proposal. The successful offeror must maintain accreditation with the Virginia Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (VELAP) for all required analyses as a condition of this contract. Failure to maintain accreditation may be considered grounds for termination.

The County of Louisa reserves the right to award to more than one Offeror. Louisa County will select the firm(s) that they determine most closely satisfies the needs of the County. There is no requirement for acceptance of the lowest cost of service offered, and specific requirements may be waived or amended at the discretion of the County.”
