“Jefferson County, Alabama d/b/a Jefferson County Environmental Services Department desires to enter into contract with a bidder for Whole Effluent Toxicity testing, Total Organic Halogen (TOX) testing, volatile and semi-volatile organic compounds, and other laboratory testing services as required by Environmental Services per the latest approved EPA testing methods. The bidder must have all necessary equipment to perform required laboratory testing and have calibration records to National Institute of Standards and Technology (N.I.S.T.) showing equipment is in calibration.”
