“The City of Norwich, Connecticut’s “Norwich Public Utilities (NPU) has identified a need to replace their existing software with an option that provides more functionality for regulatory reporting and data analysis. The increased functionality must allow for the exporting of XML files into the Compliance Monitoring Data Portal (CMDP) system or be able to export to the Excel template generated by the State as well as be able to generate internal reports for data analysis. Additionally, the new system should allow for the importing of data from subcontract labs. The new system should be able to import archival data, currently in various Excel worksheets, into the new system schema. NPU is seeking proposals for a complete LIMS or WIMS interface with a target implementation time frame of 2nd Quarter 2024. The product selected is expected to be a Commercial-off-the-shelf cloud-based system commonly deployed in the water and wastewater industry and conforming to the following specification requirements; including appropriate implementation, delivery, and training services to ensure the good operation of the same.”
