“The Industrial Commission of Arizona, an agency of the State of Arizona (hereinafter referred to as the ICA), is seeking to obtain Industrial Hygiene Laboratory Testing Services and supplies for metals, asbestos, silica, organic solvents and Mold Spore Count other necessary chemical testing as a means of monitoring the work environment of the citizens of Arizona, while at the same time ensuring compliance with the Arizona Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1972. The Contractor shall be accredited by the National Voluntary Lab Accreditation Program for asbestos identification and analysis.”
