“Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority (“LRWRA”) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Outside Laboratory Services. The intent of this solicitation is to seek qualified and experienced laboratories, specializing in environmental and analytical testing of wastewater.
