“Coconino County (hereinafter ‘County’) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from geotechnical professionals (hereinafter ‘Independent Contractor’) registered in the State of Arizona for this type of work. The County intends to award multiple contracts to the highest rated firms on the final list after all proposals are evaluated based on the weighted selection criteria. The contract term will be for a five year term with an annual opportunity to re-negotiate pricing.”
