Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, non-consumable supplies, transportation, including travel and per diem, and every other item of expense necessary to perform chemical/biological/miscellaneous laboratory testing services, normally used for the testing of drinking water and waste water.
Contractor must have a minimum of two (2) years experience in California performing analyses of the same nature.
Must be certified by the State Deparment of Health Services (DHS) Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP) to perform drinking/waste water testing for all applicable analyses.
