The Association of Public Health Laboratories (APHL) is seeking the technical expertise to develop a cloud-based reference center enrollment portal that will streamline the management of the enrollment process for laboratory and APHL staff. APHL’s envisioned portal will standardize the laboratory enrollment process and provide a central location for submitting laboratories to update contact information, modify which reference centers they are enrolled in and download important reference documents on specimen shipping and handling. APHL seeks to award one-time funding to one (1) organization for the development of this enrollment portal.
