SDGL Announces Initiative to Develop a System to Search and Match DNA Data

Secured Digital Applications, Inc. announced today a joint project between SDGL, its partner companies and a leading Malaysian IT company. This project will enable the search and match of DNA data for newborns and registered criminals for use, primarily, by the Government of Malaysia.

The project will be developed by a joint venture company led by SDGL. The project will be financed by internally generated funds. The targeted completion of the beta version will be 9 months from the commencement date. The commencement of field trial will be the beginning of the 10th month, with full commercial implementation targeted for the 21st month.
