Agencourt Bioscience Adds Primer Walking For Individual Samples To Its QuickLane Custom Service Portfolio
Agencourt Bioscience Corporation, a provider of genomic services and nucleic acid purification products to the life sciences industry, introduced Primer Walking Sequencing Service for individual samples. Primer Walking is an established product within Agencourt’s high throughput pipeline that is now available to low throughput users as well. Researchers can submit single samples for sequencing of PCR amplicons, plasmid inserts or entire plasmids for either single strand or publication quality coverage. As part of the publication quality Primer Walking package, Agencourt uses the industry gold standard for quality assessment, the Bermuda standard.
This new service expands Agencourt’s individual sample service offering which also includes QuickLane(TM) sequencing, a quick turnaround sequencing service that is currently used by life science researchers throughout academic institutions, biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. With the introduction of Agencourt’s Primer Walking Sequencing Service, researchers can not only quickly receive high quality sequence data, but also have complete confidence in the integrity of their data.
Distinguishing features of Agencourt’s Primer Walking sequencing service include its fully automated GLP-compliant facility, its custom Galaxy LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) and the high level of data tracking involved from the time of sample submission to data delivery via a secure ftp site.
