Infor acquires Incodev, a leading provider of ERP software for the Process Industry
Infor Global Solutions, a leading supplier of enterprise software solutions to select manufacturing and distribution industries, is pleased to announce that it has acquired IncoDev Software-Entwicklung GmbH, headquartered in Hamburg, Germany. IncoDev provides ERP software to large and midsized companies within the chemical, dyes and paints, life science, food and beverage industries. The acquisition is integral to Infor’s on-going strategy of acquiring high quality brands with deep vertical expertise to build leadership positions in key markets. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.

IncoDev’s ERP solution Blending 5.7 supports all aspects of financial management, production planning and inventory management for specific process industries and is certified for the pharmaceutical industry. The solution also includes integrated quality management, a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and hazardous materials management. The company serves over 200 large and midsized customers and has more than 10,000 users. IncoDev markets its solution directly in Germany and through a dedicated network of Solution Partners throughout Western Europe.
