TnQ Selects Arbortext Enterprise Publishing Software for Scientific Technical Medical Journals

Arbortext, the leading provider of Enterprise Publishing software, announced that publishing services company TnQ has purchased its software system for its scientific, technical and medical (STM) journal pre-press composition business.

Pre-press production processes include the copyediting, indexing, pagination, graphics processing, and electronic data conversion of documents before they can be printed. TnQ focuses on technological solutions and the development of publishing applications for customers in the U.S. and Europe.

Companies that publish scientific, technical or medical journals have specific requirements, like the need to imbed mathematical formulas in the articles, and the composition software they use must be able to support these complex demands.

“Our customers insist on high-quality services for this complicated work,” said Mariam Ram, Managing Director of TnQ. “Arbortext’s Enterprise Publishing software supports these complex layout issues with sophisticated scripting capabilities and powerful composition functionality. It works brilliantly!”
