New Labtronics’ Collect Licensing and Pricing Delivers Maximum Value
Labtronics is pleased to announce the re-introduction of our ‘per installation’ license for Collect – the leading software solution for RS232 instrument data collection. Under the new licensing plan a single copy of Collect licensed for installation on a single PC, can concurrently collect data from multiple RS232 instruments (maximum 99), for only $495.

Along with the revision to the Collect licensing, Labtronics also announces that the U.S. / Canadian list prices for Collect will be harmonized at $495, reflecting the current status of the Canadian dollar.
Collect is the leading solution for serial data collection from RS232 instruments:
** Connect with any instruments RS232 ports such as balances, scales, pH meters, moisture analyzers, spectrophotometers, force gages, density meters and many more.
** Report parsed (extracted) results directly to Excel®, Files or any open Window.
– Excel and File interfaces operate through a direct interface with their destination, independent of the cursor location allowing users to work in other applications during data collection.
** Add Time, Date, Counter or any other required metadata to instrument results.
** Supports Timed Interval Data collection up to 10 data packets per second.
** Auto-start for Methods and Instrument interfaces.
** Includes an Instrument Library supporting over 500 instrument interfaces including their command sets.
** Supports multiple, simultaneous instrument interfaces.
** Very easy to setup and use – simply launch the interface and the defined destination can automatically open with Collect’s instrument control toolbar added over top.
– Use standard Excel® Sheet and Cell references to map instrument data and metadata to the workbook.
– Define any delimiter to place in between instrument data and metadata when sending to a file.
– Auto-focus to the defined destination window and control cursor movements after each piece of data is transferred when using the ‘Wedge’ interface to send results to the cursor -location.
– Embedded VBA macro editors – virtually any feature that’s not already included out-of-the-box can be added to the interface.
