Labtronics Inc., a world leader in laboratory data integration and management solutions and Applied Biosystems, developers of the SQL*LIMS® P4™ Business Solution for Pharmaceutical QA/QC, are pleased to announce the release of IDM-LimsLink v4.1.
IDM- LimsLink helps laboratories to eliminate manual data management and ensures the speed, accuracy and security of data recording, by electronically transferring valuable instrument data to SQL*LIMS.
This new release includes security and audit trail enhancements that assist with deployment of IDM-LimsLink for large numbers of users, across different geographical locations, while still maintaining compliance with data integrity regulations such as 21 CFR Part 11.
A new Special Function Suite has also been added to IDM-LimsLink to simplify the creation of interfaces that go beyond simple data transfer to automate as much of the instrument data management process as possible. Special Function capabilities include automated Limit Checking, custom data management, advanced data collection and advanced data reporting options.
Peter Boogaard, Director, Product Management and Marketing at Applied Biosystems commented, “This new release of IDM-LimsLink continues Labtronics’ and Applied Biosystems’ on-going strategy to provide the highest possible level of automation for laboratory data management.”
