NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE, England–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Nonlinear Dynamics Ltd, the world leading developer of analysis solutions for proteomics and biomarker discovery, has announced the release of version 3.0 of Progenesis SameSpots, the enabling technology behind the HUPO Reproducibility Study which proved for the first time that quantitative proteomics can be reproduced across-labs. This new version also offers typical analysis times of just 5 mins per image and sets a new benchmark for 2D analysis in terms of speed, objectivity and statistical power.
Progenesis SameSpots has already received an overwhelming response from proteomics researchers. The latest version includes a more complete workflow, flexibility in experimental groupings, statistical tagging tools, a new spot picking workflow and concise reporting.
