LabVantage Analyst
This position develops, maintains and supports both purchased and internally developed application software for multiple departments and business units focusing on our R&D and QC departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Design, develop and install the software development lifecycle phases to deliver high quality application solutions that meet business requirements within committed dates.
•Work cross functionally to troubleshoot and resolve highly complex issues in an effective and efficient manner.
•Provide full system ownership for multiple applications, provide task assignment work direction and mentor other team members. Independently completes customizations to accommodate business processes.
•Coordinate and perform regression testing.
•Work with outside vendors as needed for support or patching to resolve issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
•Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or related field.
•Must have experience in technically supporting LabVantage software, understanding fundamental design principles.
•Proficient in database technologies
•Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
Preferred:
•Understanding Oracle PL/SQL database.
•Proficient in Javascript, Groovy, iReports, Connect, BarTender.
