Digitization in laboratories is increasing rapidly, and we are looking for you to support the process of implementing labfolder in laboratories of current and prospective clients. With a strong background in Life Sciences, you will help research teams to find the right strategy for the digital transition. With your previous experience in the lab, you understand our clients’ needs and you can help us to continuously meet their expectations. Additionally, you’ll be working with the project team of a large, renowned research organization to ensure their smooth transition from paper notebooks to the digital age!
What you’ll be doing:
- Oversee the roll-out of labfolder to a large research organization, work together with the project team to make the implementation of labfolder a success
- Be the first contact to onboarding scientists and inbound leads which arrive from the website, and help us convert these leads along the sales pipeline
- Conduct training of the software together with implementation counseling, as well on-site product presentations to introduce labfolder and ensure best use
- Provide support to our users, both on regular and large accounts. We’d like your help keeping our customers happy!
- Creating and maintaining valuable long-term relationships with our customers. You’ll be working closely together with staff members of a large research institute
What we’re looking for:
- You have a MSc or PhD degree in the life sciences, where you acquired experience working in a lab
- You have a broad understanding of Life Science Research which helps you to understand the needs of different laboratories quickly
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and you easily interact and build relationships with others. You’re not afraid of a challenge and join us with a positive, can-do attitude!
- You speak fluent English and German
- Previous work experience in Project Management or Sales is a big plus
