- Develops and maintains project schedules, coordination and scheduling of all resources required for the LIMS project implementation, resolving conflicts, identifying and successfully resolving issues impacting project schedules and costs.
- Lead cross-functional teams in a matrix and remote environment. This is a hands-on project management role; expected to develop, track and manage detailed project level timelines, tasks and critical path deliverables.
- Drive team accountability daily for deliverables and ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Provide routine and timely updateprogress reports to the leadership team. Monitor project status and execution; host PMO meetings, develop agendas, minutes, metrics, etc.
- Deliver transparent, timely and effective verbal and written communication to teams, stakeholders and appropriate levels in the organization.
- Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues to relevant stakeholders; with direction and guidance, lead development and delivery of tactical and achievable mitigation and contingency planning. Works with all business owners and subject matter experts to successfully identify and resolve problems and develop necessary remediation.
- Possess strong facilitation skills to drive the team to deliver results, engage teams in healthy debate/conflict, and deliver superior business results.
- Experience with Agile/Waterfall Methodologies and working through the entire system development life cycle (SDLC) and iterative methodologies
- Domain knowledge of the clinical environment with regulatory/compliance experience.
- Performs related duties as assigned by the PMO and CGI leadership team.
