CLS Microbiologist Needed at San Diego Hospital
Position Summary:
Performs clinical laboratory test procedures according to the quality control and quality assurance procedures of the department. Performs instrument maintenance, instrument troubleshooting and inventory control with thorough and accurate documentation.
Qualifications:

Valid California license as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist.

One year recent experience in Microbiology preferred.

Must demonstrate a thorough knowledge and expertise in the area to which he/she is assigned.

Must be capable of applying excellent judgment and communication skills to the job.
Education:

Meets education requirements for CLS licensure.
Licenses:

Valid California license as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist required.
