Data Admin (Laboratory Execution System)
Seeking LES Data Admin with 5-8 years of experience for a large QC Paperless program
- This program is for one of the world’s global research-based pharmaceutical and healthcare companies

- Well-structured working process is in place
- The latest LabWare LIMS modules are used as part of the Solution
- Training related to data configuration specifics and Method execution module shall be imparted as part of the project
Summary of the key responsibilities, Skills:
- Ownership, accountability and responsibility for the Test Method Configuration
- Work with business SMEs , LES Admins to understand the data provided
- Configuration of test methods, calculations in LabWare LIMS with ELN
- Configuration of various LIMS objects
- Experienced working with Method Execution module in LW LIMS with ELN
- Experience on Instrument interfacing and writing parsing scripts
- Working experience in writing complex SQL Queries
- Highly productive and able to manage time and prioritize tasks to meet timelines
Technical Skills:
- Mandatory:
- LabWare LIMS Version 6 or 7 , LabWare ELN,
- Method execution Module, LIMS Basic
- Desirable: Experience in development of Interfaces with LW LIMS and Instruments
- Good to have:
- Experience in LIMS/LES Implementation
- LW LIMS , ELN certification
- Knowledge on Lab processes, Test Methods
Soft Skills:
- Excellent in Verbal and Written communication
- Good in documentation
- Self motivated and ability to work independently
Languages:
- Mandatory: English ( Written and verbal )
- Good to Have: French (Verbal )
