Post-Doctoral Fellow – Data Analytics (Contract)
Position Summary
This position will support in depth data analytics of supplier manufacturing/operational metrics. These metrics will be used to support both external manufacturing and supply operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Post-doctoral fellow is responsible for:
Data analysis associated with the following types of specific process parameters:
– Process parameter trending and correlation
– CPP and IPC trending and correlation
– CPP, KPP trending historical data and statistical analysis
– Change effectiveness analysis
– Data trends from development reports
– Compare to at-scale implementation
– Unplanned event/deviation occurrences before and after CAPA implementation
– Process yield analysis
– Do CPP or IPCs predict lower/higher yield
– Yield analysis with/without sampling
– Presentation of data to senior management on a periodic basis to support supplier business meetings
– Undertake research and analysis of alternative data sources from literature to determine best in class manufacturing process control schemes
Requirements:
– Ph.D. in engineering or science
– 0-2 years' experience in a professional role
– 2+ years of data analytical experience in a laboratory or institutional setting
– Should include basic understanding of descriptive statistics
