Autoscribe Informatics is looking for an experienced Technical Consultant to join our friendly Technical Services team within a fast growing software company.
The successful candidate will be involved in the implementation of software systems in a wide variety of different industries and organizations.

The successful candidate will receive training on our software and configuration tools, as well as 3rd party software packages. A competitive salary will be offered dependant on experience with benefits including health insurance contribution.

- Delivery of on-site consultancy services to customers including customer workshops, training, and Go-Live support as needed
- Delivery of off-site consultancy services to customers including customer workshops, software design, data modelling, technical architecture, API/Integration/Plugin design and delivery, technical delivery, report design and delivery, and training
- Communicating project statuses and delivery updates to Project Managers as needed
- Record time spent on customer related projects, Autoscribe activities, and administrative efforts using company approved time-tracking tool
- Perform Quality Assurance tasks for documentation, configurations, coding, reports, etc. of other technical staff
- Assist with support for Autoscribe customers via email, telephone, or virtual meetings within the North America where necessary
- Assist with creating and maintenance of implementation tools (e.g. APIs, Modules, Plugins, Snippets, etc.)
- Collaboration with the appropriate people on the U.K. team as needed
- Other related tasks on an as needed basis
