Abbott Informatics updates the STARLIMS Content Library with New Mobile Apps and New Advanced Analytics Dashboards
Hollywood, FL., May 31, 2017 – Abbott Informatics announced today the release of new Mobile apps and Advanced Analytics dashboards for the STARLIMS Content Library. Launched last year, the STARLIMS Content Library allows customers to discover new content for STARLIMS, view video tutorials, interact with live examples and download directly to their environments. It enables customers to leverage their existing investment in the STARLIMS platform. The content in this release includes:
- Environmental Sciences Field Testing App – capture field testing and container collection data
- Forensics Chain of Custody App – perform chain of custody on the go
- Turnaround Time Bottleneck Dashboard – identify the bottlenecks in the quality manufacturing laboratory
- Forensic Property Dashboard – optimize property room through disposal workflow visualization
The STARLIMS Mobile solution enables laboratory personnel to access information or enter data on a mobile device, increasing the efficiency of workflow tasks which need to be performed while away from the computer. The new apps are designed with a modern theme and a focus on improved user experience.
STARLIMS Advanced Analytics enables laboratory personnel to see and understand their data, enabling them to discover new insights, trends and patterns inherent to the lab activities. The new dashboards were both designed to enhance the performance of their respective areas through data visualization.
Complementary access is available to all current Abbott Informatics customers through the Abbott Informatics Zendesk Customer Support Portal. Installing dashboards or mobile apps requires the necessary STARLIMS licenses.
