AcquiData, Inc., a leading supplier of automation systems for product quality testing laboratories is pleased to announce a brand new .NET reporting tool for its flagship product Testream/CS: ReportWriter. This new program is a simple to use ‘drag and drop’ tool that customers may use to combine various information elements such as spreadsheets, graphs, documents, images, text labels, etc into the same report.
“We’re very excited about the tremendous capabilities of ReportWriter.” says Sally B Keil, President of AcquiData, Inc. “ReportWriter lets our customers simply ‘draw’ what they want their final report to look like.”
Working with ReportWriter’s palette of data element icons users simply drag an icon from the palette and drop it where they want it to be on the page. A wealth of formatting options are available including fonts, sizing, colors, spacing, etc. A quick right click is all that’s required to make the Testream/CS database search statement in order to populate the element with test results. Add a Word document at the top of the page; perhaps a small spreadsheet for a few properties in the lower left corner. Position your company’s logo up at the top of each page, or perhaps your customer’s; it’s easy with ReportWriter.
ReportWriter runs on Testream/CS v 6.5 and requires SQLServer 2000 or higher. This new reporting tool will be included in all new Testream/CS systems sold after August 1, 2005, and will be made available to all current Testream/CS customers covered by a Support Services agreement at a discount.
