Administrative Assistant to Sales Manager

Job Brief
LabLynx is actively looking for a results-driven, administrative assistant with excellent interpersonal skills to enthusiastically support our Sales Manager and to provide office support to our Sales team. This position requires the candidate to possess a strong knowledge of technology and office operations, as well as vocational training or a degree in business.
You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products and demo requests, respond to new leads, schedule appointments, and provide overall support for sales.
Responsibilities
- Qualify incoming leads
- Proactively manage and respond to incoming sales leads
- Sales experience or strong cold-calling experience a plus
- Generating new sales leads
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Communicate important information and feedback from current clients and prospective clients
- Maintain and update records in HubSpot CRM
- Draft quotes and documents in PandaDoc
- RFP/RFI management and review
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Requirements
- Proven work experience in an administrative role working with sales and marketing
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Teamwork and motivational skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
