SANTA CLARA, Calif., June 8, 2010

Agilent Technologies Inc. (NYSE: A) today announced that Agilent OpenLAB Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) is now available in versions that support Chinese and Korean languages, including a fully translated user interface.

“We wanted to be the first to offer a commercial enterprise electronic lab notebook in Chinese and Korean, enabling researchers to easily collaborate in their own languages and local requirements,” said Bruce von Herrmann, vice president and general manager, Agilent Software and Informatics. “This is another competitive advantage for Agilent in these growth markets, complementing the high demand for Agilent instruments in the region.”
