Ariadne Genomics and Prolexys Partner to Deliver Advanced Pathway Analysis Tools for Pharmaceutical Research
Ariadne Genomics, Inc., and Prolexys Pharmaceuticals, Inc. announce a collaboration to deliver superior pathway analysis tools to boost pharmaceutical research related to target identification and novel therapeutic discovery. The Human Interactome Database (HID) by Prolexys will be integrated with Ariadne’s PathwayStudio® and PathwayExpert™, and available for purchasing with its pathway analysis software.
Prolexys’ HID is an extensive, accurate collection of experimentally verified human protein-protein interactions (PPI). It is by far the largest human PPI database in the world, containing over 120,000 non-redundant interactions. Ariadne Genomics pathway visualization and analysis software allows biologists to identify relationships among genes, build molecular interaction networks, automatically extract biological interactions from scientific literature, and reconstruct pathways from microarray data.
