Assoc Analytical Chemist #job
Covance is seeking an Associate Analytical Chemist for their Cereal Science Group in Battle Creek, MI.
This position will work directly with members of the Kellogg Chemistry team. In this role, the ideal candidate will have experience working directly in a customer based setting, strong attention to detail, background in food science. Qualifications would include the following;
Experience with AACC methodologies
Experience in texture analysis, DSC, RVA, falling number, etc.
Ability to troubleshoot independently
Ability to interpret and present data to the customer
Ability to work towards deadlines in a fast paced environment
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field (laboratory experience may be substituted for degree) experience experience with aacc methodologies
