An Associate Department Coordinator's primary duty is to support the administrative operations in the functional area, including data collection and metric reporting system and act as a liaison between key executives and employees. 

Requirements: 

Responsibilities 
– Collecting and/or entering departmental data regarding the performance of people, processes, and equipment 
– Organizing and/or creating visual representations (spreadsheets, reports, slide shows, etc.) of data – for multiple audiences 
– Completing projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation of others, monitoring progress 
– Problem-solving 
– Making adjustments to plans 
– Assisting with ordering, receiving, and logistics coordination of supplies needed to support department functions 
– Improving quality results by studying, evaluating, and redesigning processes 
– Implementing changes and managing visual communications/controls for production and gathering areas 

Qualifications 
– High School/GED 
– 0-2 years of experience
