Associate LIMS Analyst
Position Summary:
Our BioPharma Services continues to Grow! This position is an integral part supporting development of workflows for the various clinical trials within our BioPharma lab. Support configuration and enhancement efforts within the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). Customer service and patient focus is a must as everything must be delivered swiftly, efficiently and within regulatory guidelines and compliance. Knowledge of GxP Regulations and how they apply to lab workflows is ideal. This is an excellent career path for someone who enjoys the IT/Technical Track!
Gather and support documentation of user specifications
Execute Validation documents like OQ test scripts
Maintain LIMS change requests
Ensure on-going system compliance with established GCLP and CLIA standards
Participate in training of end-users and trouble-shoot any LIMS related issues
Participate in testing and execution of IQ/OQ/PQ functionality
Additional duties as assigned
Education and Requirements:
Degree in Biological Sciences or related scientific discipline preferred
2 years’ experience with clinical trial related data management and lab related software systems, including data analysis and reporting is preferred.
Working knowledge of a GxP LIMS application highly desirable
Working knowledge and understanding of laboratory functions and processes
Demonstrated problem solving skills
