AstraZeneca purchases Global License of CR Toolkit(TM)
DataCeutics, Inc. announced that AstraZeneca has acquired a Global License for the CR Toolkit(TM), DataCeutics’ SAS(R) based clinical reporting software that produces reports for regulatory submissions.
AstraZeneca has an ongoing project to harmonize the clinical statistics analysis and reporting environment globally. The goal is to increase efficiency and quality by implementing common procedures and tools at all R&D sites. To that end, the CR Toolkit(TM) was selected as the solution to deliver a globally accessible, common library of SAS(R) based software programs to produce statistical outputs. The statistical outputs include the tables, figures, and listings that are part of the clinical study reports and high-level documents.
The CR Toolkit(TM) is used by statistical programmers and statisticians to quickly and easily generate reports, tables, listings and graphs for regulatory submissions. The CR Toolkit(TM) is a comprehensive library of SAS(R) macros that automate clinical reporting to achieve process improvements resulting in time savings, operational cost reduction and better adherence to regulatory requirements. By automating page layouts for all output, the CR Toolkit(TM) can reduce workload and time by 50%, accelerating the production of tables, listings and graphs and reducing the need for validation.
